At The ENT Specialist Centre, we prioritise your health journey and are proud to be part of the Prudential PRUShield panel. With policies like the PRUShield Premier, you’ll receive extra benefits, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience at our clinic. These benefits include:
Yes, your Prudential PRUShield plan generally covers ENT treatments, including many diagnostic tests like scopes and various surgical procedures. However, some plans may exclude certain items, such as over-the-counter medications or treatments related to specific conditions. We recommend reviewing your policy for any exclusions or contacting our team for assistance.
You can check your Prudential PRUShield coverage by contacting your financial agent or reaching out to our clinic team for assistance. Be sure to review important details such as deductibles, co-payment terms, and the list of covered procedures to fully understand your benefits.
A Letter of Guarantee (LOG) is a benefit provided to Prudential PRUShield policyholders to help cover the upfront cash deposit required for hospitalisation or day surgery at major hospitals in Singapore.
While the LOG can cover up to $30,000 for treatments by a private specialist from Prudential PRUShield’s Panel or Extended Panel, it’s important to understand that the LOG does not automatically guarantee claim approval; the details of your claim will still be reviewed by Prudential.
If you are a policyholder, our clinic can assist you in requesting an LOG. Once requested, the LOG is typically issued to the hospital within 2-3 days, as long as all criteria are met.
For inpatient procedures the hospital administration will assist with e-filing your insurance claims, so no additional action is required from you.
For outpatient procedures, you can submit your claims and necessary documents through several methods: online via Prudential’s claims submission portal, or by mailing the completed forms to Prudential’s address. Alternatively, you can contact our clinic for help with your claims.
After Prudential receives your claim and documents, they will start processing it, which typically takes from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the claim.
